HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Due to issues keeping items in stock, we are not currently accepting orders on our website but are open to shop in person at 1029 W 35th St, Chicago, IL. If you would like to place an online order, please email ncjb@nakedfish.store with the items, colors, and sizes you are looking for. We will respond within 48 hours with the total cost and shipping times.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping Can take 2-5 weeks. We are still in the beginning stages and cannot keep all items in stock. Some items may need to go through production, which adds to the shipping time. If you would like to pick your items up in person, this would reduce the overall shipping time but may still take up to 3 weeks if the item is not in stock.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Yes! Please email ncjb@nakedfish.store if you need to make a return. We will accept undamaged items within 30 days or receiving your purchase. Shipping costs may still be charged. If you would like to exchange or return an item at no cost, please come to 1029 W 35th St. after emailing ncjb@nakedfish.store.
WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
